Refund Policy

If you request a project cancellation prior to the commencement of any design, consulting, scripting, or engineering work, you are entitled to a full 100% refund of your initial 50% down payment. These refunds are returned within 14 business days.

If a project is cancelled while development is active but before final deployment, approval, or system handover (incomplete work), we calculate a pro-rated refund. We audit all design documents, custom telephony scripts, and custom software wrapper codes completed up to the date of cancellation. Any unspent portion of your 50% down payment is refunded, while completed engineering hours and milestones are billed and deducted.

Once deliverables defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) are sandbox tested, approved, or deployed to your live website/phone line, the service is categorized as fully complete. No refunds are processed for completed work under any circumstances.

All third-party billing costs, including phone number rental, outgoing call minutes, web hosting, and AI tokens (billed directly to your card by OpenAI, Google Gemini, and others), are governed by their respective platforms and are completely non-refundable.

To request a refund for uncommenced or incomplete work, please send a formal email to hello@rahulparathy.com including:

• Your business name and project Statement of Work (SOW) title.
• A clear explanation of why you are requesting cancellation or refund.
• Your wire transfer bank coordinates (since all down payments are collected via bank wire).

We will review your documentation and respond within 7 business days.

Accordingly, consumer protection regulations regarding "cooling-off" periods or consumer withdrawal rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU do not apply to custom business software and engineering configurations.
